It was raining in an April afternoon. We arrived at the hotel. Check-in was quick and detailed. The receptionist walked us to our room and explained how the facility work. Four hot springs, among them two open door ones. We enjoyed a great open door experience. Dinner was 怀石料理， served in main Japanese restaurant. Service was impeccable, food was okay, great looking presentation, taste was not to remember. Anyway, we came here for the hot springs, a great relaxed experience to unwind. We like this hotel.
Our stay at this hotel has been the highlight of our trip to Japan. The staff were polite and helpful, especially the lady who prepared our in-room dinner and breakfast during our 2 night stay. The whole experience was amazing, we would love to revisit in the future!
Cute Onsen hotel in Arima. Close to the bus station with three different style private onsen. It is connect to its sister onsen hotel with bigger public hot spring. Loved it and there is also a cute kappo restaurant.
