We had a fantastic holiday at Arina Beach Resort and were truly impressed! The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, with a lovely seaside promenade and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. You can really tell that guest satisfaction is a priority here. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the food. The restaurants offer an amazing variety of dishes — everything is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Special compliments to the chefs for the incredible lamb — it was tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious. Also, the baklava was outstanding — a real treat that we looked forward to every day. Dining here was an experience in itself! The only minor issue we had was with the bathroom layout in the Family rooms. The shower cabin is located right next to the corridor inside the room and is not separated by a proper door. This means that after showering, you step out directly into the open space, and there’s always a chance someone might be there. We had to keep announcing when someone was going in or out of the shower to avoid awkward moments. A door that separates the shower, sink, and toilet area would definitely improve comfort and privacy. That said, this small inconvenience didn’t ruin our stay at all. Arina Beach Resort is a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation, especially if you appreciate great food and attentive service. We would gladly come back again!
A great hotel for families with young children. The hotel itself has a water park with slides for small to large children. There are 6 large pools (and you can even get a room with a private pool). It sits right on the beach and you can alternate between the pool and the sea. In principle, there is no need to leave the hotel. There are 3 great meals in a lovely dining room, with a variety of dishes (including a children's area with food that is especially adapted for little ones and picky eaters). And if that's not enough, there are 2 more restaurants in the hotel if you feel like a change. And if you didn't have time to get to the meal (which is open for about 3 hours and sometimes more) there are also buffets that are open throughout the day by the sea. Of course, there are about 5 bars scattered throughout the hotel, with drinking options suitable for all ages and a variety of sweet treats. The hotel also has a gym and spa. There I enjoyed a great massage at the hands of Evgenia. Highly recommended.
I’m currently staying at the hotel and overall, I’m enjoying my time here. There are plenty of pools for kids, which is great for families, and there are also pools designated for adults only. However, this is where I’ve had a frustrating experience. For the past four days, every time I go to the adults-only pool, there are always children there — playing, shouting, and leaving toys all over the place. It completely ruins the peaceful atmosphere that adults are expecting from an “adults only” area. Unfortunately, the staff don’t do anything about it, even though the bar is right next to the pool and they clearly see what’s happening. We chose this hotel hoping for a bit of quiet relaxation, at least for part of the day. It’s disappointing that the adults-only policy isn’t enforced at all. Aside from that, everything else is great — the food is delicious, the service is friendly, and the hotel has a lot to offer. I would give 5 stars if it weren’t for this one big issue. For now, it’s 4 stars from me.
