Arinara Beach Resort Phuket SHA Extra Plus

Really nice place to stay overall. We had a walk in pool room facing the garden. Service has been good , the rooms are serviced daily if you request via the app and the food options pretty good although higher price due to being a resort . The staff are friendly and courteous with clean housekeeping standards. A few negatives , the breakfast is nice but they don’t change the options , same everyday of the week. At night doors are banged loudly beyond belief right to midnight , no idea why. On the positive it has a great pool, nice rooms, friendly staff and a great beach. Overall recommend coming here, it’s a nice place and reasonable value for money.

Great location. Awesome staff and service. Beautiful beach and pool. You couldn't ask for more. Some of the facilities are starting to age a little bit it doesn't matter, the staff work hard to keep everything tip top. Bang Tao in general is a really cool place to visit if you don't want a busy, hectic atmosphere. There's plenty of shopping and markets without crowds. We visited in July.

Was a lovely hotel. Cleaning staff were great. One lady at breakfast was great and helped everyday with coffee and omelettes, as I had broken leg and couldn’t walk. Very expensive food this and portions were not worth the money. Generally friendly. A little annoyed I was made to walk on a broken for to reception to get a bowl. . On the whole decent experience. App was handy and nice to have a Starbucks in the actual hotel!
