Arion Suites Hotel Bandung

Pleasant Stay with Friendly Staff and Great Location I had an overall pleasant experience staying at this hotel. I chose it because I had an event near the City Hall, and the location was very convenient. The receptionist was very friendly and took the time to clearly explain walking directions to nearby places, which I appreciated. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but I highly recommend trying the chicken noodles — they were absolutely delicious! The room cleanliness was standard, nothing particularly special, but acceptable. What stood out was the staff’s quick response — they immediately assisted when the TV in the room didn’t turn on and promptly provided a hair dryer upon request. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

It's average hotel but on a great location as its so close to bandung station also.walkimg distance from braga city walk. Hotel is some what old, but maintaining well, buffet breakfast is very nice , above average than any 3 star hotels. So much varieties n the staff at restaurant so nice n well behaved

This hotel is very close from the train station yet the rooms are definitely terrible. Sheets were dirty (cigarettes marks, dirt and hair). The shower was in terrible shape and we could smell cigarettes all over the room. The staff is reactive but definitely not polite and not surprised when I explained to them the situation. Definitely the worst hotel I’ve been to in Indonesia.
