My week stay at Aristo 1 was amazing. Stephen and his team welcomed us so warmly and our rooms were ready upon arrival. The accommodation was very pleasant and immaculate. It has all the amenities one could possibly ask for and more. I would highly recommend Aristo Beach Resort to any traveller. The rooftop pool has breathtaking views and in additions to this they have 2 additional pools that are always spotless and maintained on a daily basis. Thank you for the excellent service Aristo 1. We spent here vacation on Jan 2024. The condo is good, the room was super we used a pool on second floor (where we lived) - up to the roof floor pool we got to the ebd of vacation. The only disadvantage is that youbhave to pay for cleaning services and for bed plates change from your pocket.
I made the reservation through Booking, it is a total scam, I booked an apartment near the pool, they gave me a 28m2 studio apartment, it is not a resort and a building still under construction, broken tiles everywhere, there is a gym, you just need a little imagination, cleaning is not included, they give you two towels and you have to keep them for the duration of the holiday, there is no reception service, the furniture is evident that it has at least 4/5 years of wear in fact the doors of the furniture cabinets are crooked, the hot water comes and goes .... the shower never maintains the jet and the chosen temperature. The location is very uncomfortable, moreover it is not even quiet because there is an outdoor gym of Thai boxing at all hours from early in the morning... the area offers nothing, it is not close to the sea even if they make it seem like you have to walk for at least 15 minutes through small streets... honestly I only believe it is a scam... stay away, unfortunately 1/2 star cannot be given, not even zero stars... I had to give only one. Another thing is the TV in the room does not work, they gave me the modem that did not work and the remote control was broken, the cable TV does not work, because perhaps the centralized antenna is not active... good
