I loved my stay here! Respect for the amazing staff: everybody was so kind and positive, when you had a problem they resolved it immediately. The food is diverse and delicious. The rooms are spacious and really clean! There are a lot of things to keep you entertained: tennis court, volleyball court, arcade games, there were some interesting events in the evenings, I loved that there was an area with sunchairs in the pool where you could relax. We had an amazing time here and we would definitely come again! Thank you!
The hotel is nice, but the service was really bad this year. In a 10 day stay, the sheets were not changed even once, and towels were changed only once after asking the service to do it. No screen doors in the room, huge bugs were entering every day. The boys at the reception were really nice and came to rescue us. Electricity in the room turns off after 10 min of inactivity in the room, so forget about charging your phone or watching the news in peace. Overall, much worse than last year, but the food and the nice staff make up for it.
All the services in the restaurant was terrible. After 21 o'clock every 10 min some one from a personal call that the restaurant is closed, very rooted. The food was not tasty, overcooked and made with cheap products. Meals for dinner were monotonous, all kinds of cooked potatoes. If it is some tasty dish it will finish very quickly and then there is no more. Drinks the wine and beer was more than the cheapest quality. In the lobby there aren't any welcome drinks until you are waiting for the room. The pool is closed at 18 o'clock where the sun is still good for sunbathing. All the timing of the working area is incorrect except adult animations which end around 23.30. The beach is small for such a big hotel and becomes a war zone for sunbeds every morning. The pool bar is ratty. We were 10 families with small children and none of them is positive about all of the written issues. Nothing is for 4**** hotel except the view and pool. We didn't go back again.
