Nice hotel, with clean rooms but a bit small, comfortable bed and great bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were good. During our stayed there, we had an accident, one of the people that was traveling fall down the stairs, and everyone at the hotel acted very good, they called an ambulance, the manager of the hotel came with us to the hospital, translated everything with the doctors, and also paid for the taxi, then at the hotel they gave us a nice basket of fruit, and were all the time asking about her status. Really thanks for the behavior of all the hotel crew.
Very nice hotel. Has recently been refurbished and is very nice. The shower has a nice big head and the water flow was good. Breakfast was nice and the bed was comfortable. The only issue was that the toilet was much too close to the shower.
Good value for money, well located and within 15-20 min walking distance to the Red Square and 5-7 min to Tsverkaya Metro Station(purple line). Good for business trips. The owner upon learning we were coming from Turkey sent us a very nice fruit platter to our room. Modern decor and clean
