Arize Hotel Sri Racha

I definitely think this hotel is over rated . This is not a 5 stars hotel. They charge for an extra towel , mat towel . They only give 1 keycard . If you ask for an extra one they will ask you for 100฿ deposit for a keycard. I have been to many 5 stars hotels and never have to experience with an extra charge for a keycard or a towel . Good room size , good facilities in room but uncomfortable bed and poor amenities Poor Breakfast, The building is not well maintain the wall is broken/ carpet is dirty. Staff is average

Lobby was dark and had no air conditioning. Within 15 minutes of stepping foot into our room I caught 22 cockroaches of all sizes. Very fun little activity set up for guests. Drains still have hair left in there. After calling to complain, they said they will send someone but only more cockroaches were sent to assist us. Thanks Arize for this once in a lifetime experience! Bonus: Painting at the foot of the bed was hung upside down 😍 Love art!!

Can't imagine anyone wanting to stay here. far far better places around. Somerset, Oakwood, holiday inn, etc... for instance. very scary when walking in as the lights in the common area were mostly turned off. the air conditioner in the lobby (and it was dark) was off and several floor standing fans were visible and blowing. Definitely not 5 stars what a joke. went to look at the room then just left and went elsewhere. the front staff was terrible . Definitely not worth consideration.
