Arizona Biltmore LXR Hotels & Resorts

A Luxurious Oasis were Guest are treated like Royalty in the some Beautiful and Exciting Resort there is. From Check in the check out it was none stop bliss. The Room was spacious and clean. My teens loves the water slides. The toddler just enjoyed the pools and wondering around. With so much to see and do one weekend was not enough. We looked forward to making this an annual getaway. We had an amazing breakfast. The Adults only pool was a great treat as well. Nothing but, positivity here. 10/5 stars!

The designers of this hotel definitely knew what they were doing. The hotel feels magical and the architecture and color scheme compliment not only mother nature but also the surrounding environment. This is an incredible luxurious hotel. Huge bedrooms,and super clean.

Not sure why this is a 5 star resort other than the property which is beautiful and expansive. Stayed the weekend of 7/26. Restaurant food tasted like generic buffet food for a high price, food came before our drinks twice. Service all over the resort was horrible including the pool cabanas. Everything I ordered came wrong from food to drinks to just requesting a straw. Housekeeping stood outside our room for 15 minutes chatting about their day in loud voices. When staying at a resort that is 5 stars, the food and service should also be 5 star, not just the property. Very very disappointed in our stay. Would not recommend if looking for 5 star food and service, this isn't the place.
