Arjaan by Rotana Dubai Media City

We moved to Arjaan Rotana Media City last week for a one-month stay, and from day one, we have been genuinely impressed with their outstanding service. The entire experience, starting from the warm and welcoming reception, to the impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment, has been exceptional. The staff here are incredibly cooperative and responsive, always quick to assist with any request, making us feel truly valued as guests. Our apartment, number 1612, offers a stunning view that we absolutely love. The comfort and quality of the apartment exceed our expectations. What sets Arjaan Rotana apart from other large hotels is their perfect blend of excellent hospitality, a beautiful living space, and an amazing view — all delivered without any unnecessary fuss or pretentiousness. We are so happy with our stay here that we are already planning to extend for another month. It’s rare to find a place that combines all these qualities seamlessly. We highly recommend Arjaan Rotana to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed stay in Media City.

I visited the coffee shop in the lobby and had a great experience. The food was fresh and well-prepared. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad, which was made with high-quality ingredients. Mr. Mahmoud was exceptionally kind and polite, making the visit even more pleasant. Highly recommend!

I had such a lovely experience at the hotel's morning breakfast. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a nice variety to choose from. But what truly made the morning special was the service, especially from Ni Kadek, who was incredibly sweet and attentive. She kept checking in with us to make sure we were enjoying our meal and was quick to offer drink refills and anything else we needed. Her warm smile and kindness really stood out and made us feel welcome. A big thank you to her for such thoughtful service!
