Good modern hotel in the very center of Rostov-on-Don. Rooms are on a smaller side for a family of four, but it's not New York small. Service was great, breakfast was combination of traditional Russian dishes and with some European flare. I'd usually rate such property at 4*, but property manager is what added and extra star and made it 5. He went above and beyond, apologized for a small mishap with room service and presented our kids with a delicious desert. This guy was someone you'd expect to find in charge of staff at Ritz or St. Regis. Even that, I stayed in enough St. Regis hotels to recognize what great service is, and what is an outstanding service. Arka's manages easily falls into a latter category. Well done.
One of the best in Rostov. Great restaurants on site.
Would be 5 BUT! No ventilation. You can open windows but the inn is on main street and you wake with sun rise. Or you can turn on air conditioning which sounds like SpaceX Dragon.
