srkin palm may be a small hotel and casino, but it offers a great range of amenities that make it a hidden gem in the city. Located just outside the city center, it provides easy access to everything without the hassle of heavy traffic. The hotel features a well-maintained swimming pool, sauna, gym, and massage services, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Their restaurant serves delicious meals, adding to the overall experience. One of the best things about this place is that you don’t need to stay overnight to enjoy these facilities—you can get a monthly membership and use the spa, fitness center, and other services whenever you like. Whether you’re looking for entertainment at the casino, a refreshing swim, or a relaxing massage, arkin has something for everyone. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is welcoming, and the convenience of its location makes it a great choice for both locals and visitors. Highly recommended!

I love the Arkin Group, very nice hotel. It is a tad bit outdated, but the location is spectacular. Definitely more than 5 stars on the location.

I’ve liked this hotel in the past and have visited a few times with my daughter, but this time we were disappointed. This is a beachfront hotel, so you can imagine our surprise when we were given a room without a balcony. Where were we supposed to dry our swimsuits? The room itself was tiny, dark, and barely had a window. The TV in the room was pointless. It felt like a storage cupboard that had been converted into a guest room. Perhaps it’s fine for guests who only come for the casino, but that wasn’t us. Personally, I wish the hotel didn’t have a casino—it would feel more unique without it, though I understand it likely brings in revenue. Customer service was hit or miss. We requested a room change on the first day, but no one ever got back to us. That was disappointing and definitely made me think less of the hotel. Good customer service can make a big difference—a simple smile goes a long way. Maybe a mother and daughter don’t seem like important guests to them, but that’s where they go wrong. Overall, I still like this hotel for its size and excellent location, but it could use some improvements. The food was generally good, but it would have been nice to see more traditional dishes specific to the country, not just on one night.
