What truly stood out was how the staff handled it – with genuine warmth, professionalism, and an exceptional level of generosity that goes far beyond what one would expect. I stayed in ARLI Hotel Hideaway Punta Ala 4* twice this Summer in June and August 2023. It’s exactly myHideaway in Tuscany. Francesca and her staff: 100%GREAT!! She is very gentle, kind, respectful, and delighted us taking care of all details of our holidays, from the reservation, during our stay, and after departing. We are still in contact planning next holidays in our beloved Hideaway for Summer 2024. Francesca don’t change! You are amazing the way you are! We had a lovely 4-night stay at Arli Hotel in Sept 22. The hotel is clean, rooms are well presented, simple, but with everything we expected and needed. Fresh towels and room cleaned every day. The location is great, there's a supermarket 4 minute walk away, which has a bakery and a shop that serves lunch (pastas, etc) in takeaway containers. Perfect to take to the beach, which is walkable in about 15 mins, depending on where you want to sit. The pool area is lovely, it gets plenty of sun. Breakfast was great, it's buffet style, meats, cheeses, pastries, cereals, eggs. Staff were attentive.
