Arlo Midtown

Had an amazing stay at Arlo! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the cleaners did a great job everyday. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, 5 minute walk from Times Square but a couple of blocks away so it was very quiet and didn’t have any noise issues. They also have a lovely rooftop bar - a bit pricey but worth it for the views! Unfortunately, after leaving our luggage for the day after checking out in the lobby, we were missing something from our luggage when receiving it back which was a shame.

We stayed here for our second anniversary and it was perfect. It was enough escape from Times Square but also the perfect distance to get anywhere we wanted. Very close to a subway station. The hotel was beautiful, the people were kind, and the rooms were modern. I gave the rooms a 4 because people should be aware that’s it’s a true NYC stay and they are a little tight. We like that kind of vibe so it was fun for us and we don’t spend time in the room but it was very tidy. The bathroom was really pretty. We loved our stay and how beautiful it was for the price we paid. Definitely will stay again!

Booked the hotel for a three night stay in Manhattan and was looking for a hotel with good location and rooftop bar. The Arlo was perfect location with great facilities and superb rooftop bar for our summer stay. Room and terrace were very clean with comfortable bed and pillows. The room had a bed next to the wall at a right angle so one person needs to slide across to let the other one in. The rest of the hotel was just what you need with bar, restaurant and coffee shop. The reasons for the lower scores on service is the room wasn’t ready at check in of 3pm and after a long day of travelling not what you need and disappointingly our room wasn’t serviced on one of the three days so after a long day in a hot city you wanted clean towels and rubbish free.
