Arlo Williamsburg

The Arlo was truly an unforgettable experience. From the minute we walked in, the front desk staff was super welcoming and friendly. The smell of the hotel lobby was incredible as well. Our room had an amazing view of Manhattan and was very spacious. We loved our stay so much so that we ended up extending our stay and Phillipe at the front desk made that process so easy for us. He made sure we were comfortable and held our bags at the lobby while our new room was being cleaned. Every single staff member was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is ideal and there is plenty to do. The pool was refreshing and clean and the lifeguards on duty made sure any kids in the pool were not diving and splashing everywhere. If you will be in the Williamsburg area and are looking for a place to stay, I def recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

I fell in love with this hotel this weekend. I paid for a city view queen for one night, but when I arrived to my room, I was surprised to see that I was upgraded to a suite for free! Balcony, bathtub, and full walls of windows that had a perfect view of the city skyline. The staff was amazing and accommodating, the rooftop was amazing and gorgeous, and overall the experience was 10/10. Definitely staying here again!

Very beautiful view very welcoming & friendly bartenders and staff. I went there for a large event and truly enjoyed myself. I look forward to going back. My only star off is because toilet paper ran out in the bathroom and we had to ask staff for it. I’m not sure if it’s because it was a large scale event, but other than that, I think it was a beautiful place and would recommend to people in the area to visit.
