We had an excellent stay at the Padarn Hotel. Perfectly situated only a few minutes from the Llanberis path up Snowdon, the hotel provided clean rooms and excellent service. David, the manager, was particularly friendly and helpful.
It's been a while since I've eaten at a place which not only has amazing food, but the staff were amazing too. The friendlyness, competence and professionalism of the staff were simply exceptional! They have a lovely outside area, and the indoor dining area is nice too. Will probably stay here next time we visit Llanberis. Cannot recommend enough.
We had a great stay at the Padarn overall. The central location and restaurant downstairs were absolutely the highlights. A short walk from the start of the Llanberis Path, a One Stop just down the road and plenty of local pubs and takeaways nearby. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The food and local drinks were without fault, helped by the massive portions I think. My only detractors were the stiff mattress, which didn’t matter much after my first trip up and down Yr Wyddfa, and the room could benefit from blackout blinds. Other than these picky bits we had a great time and would stay again.
