Beautiful building with perfect location with sea view and few minutes walk from old Havanna. There is a beautiful roof terrace. There is air-conditioning which works perfectly. The beds are comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. There were few problems with the rooms but they reacted quickly and solved them.

It's a charming place, classic look, amazing location. The staff was helpful and polite. The room that I was in was large, but dirty, there's dust everywhere but it had direct access to the balcony with an amazing view over the bay. The breakfast was OK, not a lot to choose from but it had amazing local fruit. I'm not making any accusations, but be mindful of something: while I was exploring the old town a lot of stammers came to talk to me and knew where I'm from and which hotel I was in, my theory is that someone who works in the hotel and has access to guest info is revealing the information of guests to those scammers...they will often come to you and talk about cheaper local cigars, it's all a lie, be careful. I'm not gonna use this last part on my overall review because it's just a suspicion. Overall it's a nice place for a couple of days is a great solution.

We had a very bad experience in this hotel. Some of my stuff got stolen. We checked out at 12am and had a taxi to the airport at 6pm, so we asked to keep our luggage safe in the afternoon. We paid for that service, but when we got back to the hotel around 5pm and checked our luggage, my powerbank and earplugs were missing. I immediately told the reception. They first told me that was impossible. Then, after multiple complaints, they checked the luggage room and there it was, my powerbank... They told me it must have 'fallen out' of my luggage, which is impossible. No trace of the earplugs though, and meanwhile our taxi to the airport arrived so we had to go. My advice: don't go here. You can't trust the staff, unfortunately :/
