Armas Bella Sun All Inclusive

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it fell short of expectations. Despite being advertised as a 4-star establishment, the experience was quite underwhelming. First, the food selection was very disappointing. The options lacked variety, and meals quickly became repetitive. If you're looking for a diverse culinary experience, this is not the place. The rooms were another letdown. They were much smaller than expected, leaving little space to move around comfortably. For the price and star rating, I expected more spacious accommodations. The beach area was also a disappointment. It was significantly smaller than those of neighboring hotels, making it feel cramped and overcrowded. To make matters worse, there weren't nearly enough sunbeds to accommodate all the guests, so finding a spot to relax was a challenge. Communication with the staff was another issue. While they were generally polite, most of them spoke only Turkish and Russian, with very limited English. This made it difficult to get the help we needed at times. Overall, this hotel does not live up to its 4-star rating. The lack of food variety, small rooms, inadequate beach facilities, and language barriers with the staff make it hard to recommend. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you're seeking a true 4-star experience.

We arrived around 11 p.m. (ultra all inclusive and 5* were listed on the reservation) and they didn't offer us anything as we were at Ultra all and we had to go to another location to eat and pay. Apart from that, the rooms are small but clean, otherwise the building and the interior look bad. The beach is very crowded, the sunbeds are stuck to each other and very dirty, I stayed longer at the pool because there was no room. For a fresh drink you have to pay, as well as for popcorn and cotton candy 2€/$, but the wine is also 4€/$. The grill outside is ok for lunch. So-called whiskey is worse than rum essence here, something you can't drink. Juices are inedible, only Pepsi is good. Lots of food but little meat and lots of repetitive carrots and squash. I do not recommend this hotel, not even 3* is worth it. I have been to Turkey before and had expectations, but at Armas Bella Sun it was worse.

Hotel is marked as a 4 star, but in fact it should be barely a 3 star. Rooms are old, beach is sandy but small and water is filthy and full or big rocks. There is not enough space for all guests of the hotel, these were multiple situations where you needed to wait to have a space to put your towel on the beach or pool. You need to wait for everything in the hotel, seems like this hotel takes much more people than it has space for.
