Our stay at Hotel Armas Green Fugla was truly unforgettable, thanks to the amazing animation team! A huge shoutout to Rio – the heart of every activity and a fantastic motivator, Bibigul – kind, sweet, creative, and simply wonderful with the little ones, Ozzy – full of charm and energy, always making everyone smile, Irina – engaging, cheerful, and Maxim – a real burst of positive energy throughout the day. From morning games to evening shows, they kept the kids and adults entertained, engaged, and always smiling. A big thank you to all the hotel staff — you are an amazing team!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A wonderful experience at Armas Greenfolia – everything exceeded expectations! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Armas Greenfolia, and I can only praise every aspect of this holiday! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and kindness – the staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help. 🏖️ The location is perfect, close to the beach with a private sandy area and clean water – ideal for both relaxation and family fun. The resort is surrounded by greenery, creating a peaceful, natural, and refreshing atmosphere – exactly what you want from a summer vacation. 🍽️ The food was varied and delicious, with a rich buffet at every meal. Every day brought new options, from traditional Turkish dishes to international cuisine. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. The desserts were truly irresistible – it was hard to choose just one! 😊 🏊‍♂️ The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the water slides were a huge hit with the kids (and the adults too!). The animation team organized fun activities, but they were never intrusive – just the right balance. 🛏️ Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. We had air conditioning, a balcony with a garden view, and very comfortable beds. Housekeeping was done daily, and everything was always spotless. 📶 Surprisingly, the Wi-Fi was excellent – a big plus, especially if you need to check emails or share pictures instantly with friends and family. 🎉 Every evening there was entertainment – live music, shows, and themed parties. The holiday vibe could be felt throughout the resort. 🔝 In conclusion: Armas Greenfolia is a place where you feel truly welcome, where you can relax and have fun at the same time. The value for money is outstanding, and the service quality exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended! We will definitely return! Thank you so much

Queues for everything. Absolutely disgraceful beer handling – they pour it from glass to glass when it foams too much, it's poorly chilled, and often served in hot glasses. You usually get around 0.2 l of beer in your glass, and if they decide to serve it in a smaller one, you get even less. In the evening, you're allowed to take only two beers per person at the bar, but the queue takes at least 20 minutes – so if you queue again immediately, it takes you nearly an hour to get two full half-liter beers. The wine? Completely undrinkable. It’s obvious they’re cutting costs wherever they can. Meat at dinner is deliberately cooked slowly and in small batches so that long queues form. There’s not enough seating in the restaurant, and the organization is poor. In the evening, the bar staff often argue with guests about alcohol. The bar staff is unpleasant – elsewhere in the hotel it's a bit better. The only real plus: there’s a shop right next to the hotel run by a local Turkish guy – a nice man, and you can buy good wine there. Ironically, the biggest advantage of this all-inclusive hotel is that no one stops you from buying alcohol elsewhere. There’s also a small mini zoo with rabbits, budgies, and other animals – which sounds nice, but I have mixed feelings. The animals have very little space, and the zoo is right on a busy hotel walkway, so people constantly shine their phone lights at them. I doubt the animals are doing well there. Objectively, it’s not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but it’s by far the one where you feel the most that they’re trying to save money on absolutely everything – even at the cost of guest satisfaction. And worst of all – I wasn’t even this angry and disappointed when I had to sleep in a hotel where it was 10 °C, there was no hot water, and no one had touched it since the Soviet Union.
