I stayed at the hotel for 1 week in June. I think I had a good holiday during my stay. Although the hotel is far from the beach, it is close to shops and markets. The animation team is too weak for this Hotel. The lifeguard who entertained me the most at the hotel was the friend. He manages the Water Slides well and entertains people well. It was a privilege for me to meet him at the hotel. I will come back again because it is an affordable hotel for the price.
Unfortunately it’s not possible to give “0” stars! This is by far the worst Hotel we have ever experienced. We arrived on a Monday at 11:00 PM, apparently the receptionist wasn’t able to speak any other language than Turkish! He was also busy being on a private video call! Because of the jet lag, heat, and tiredness, my 12 year old daughter got nosebleeds in the middle of our check in. Bleeding all over herself and the floor, and it was dripping water from the sealing, we asked for napkins….. that could unfortunately not be provided, we were given a garbage bag instead 😒 We had specifically asked for a quiet room far away from the elevator in t he booking. We were given a room out to a terrace, with loud noise and people partying, which is completely understandable during the vacation, but we still need calmness. Nevertheless, our room was just before the elevator. 😳 Furthermore; the food is Zero, staff service is only +1 Location is -0 Never I have seen pool placed towards a busy road! Rooms is -0 We can even hear the neighbors when flushing out the toilets! I don’t even want to get started on the lousy beds. Shops inside the hotel are worst ever seen and far from being serviceable! The only shop I can recommend is the hairdresser at the hotel 😁 We just had to survive the week, so we could get back home! Never ever again we place a foot in Turkey EVER AGAIN! There are so many other countries & places that is more worth our money than this place!
A Completely Disappointing Experience My stay at this hotel was, without a doubt, one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the problems began: although we had reserved and paid for two rooms, we were only given one. As a result, we were forced to all sleep in a single room the first night. The only compensation offered was a late check-out of just two hours (until 2:00 p.m.), which is completely inadequate compared to the loss of a full night’s stay. Throughout our stay, the key cards constantly deactivated, requiring me to visit the front desk up to seven times in a single day just to regain access to the room. This was an unnecessary inconvenience that highlights a lack of proper maintenance and organization. The food quality was another major disappointment: very little variety, repetitive dishes, and clear signs that food was being reheated from previous days. This raises serious concerns about freshness and hygiene. As for cleanliness, it was superficial at best. Housekeeping seemed limited to just changing the sheets, and the pillows were excessively large and uncomfortable, which significantly affected our sleep quality. The reception staff’s attitude was the worst part. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, instead of showing empathy or offering a solution, they responded sarcastically and unprofessionally—at one point even telling me that if I was unhappy, I could go find another hotel, but that no refunds would be given. In conclusion, this was a frustrating and poorly managed experience, far below any reasonable standard of customer service, cleanliness, or hospitality. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.
