Armenian Village Park Hotel

A great option for families with kids. The hotel has nice territory far from roads and two water parks included (under the roof and outside). All the basics are in the rooms and the staff is helpful when asked (Russian language worked for communication). Breakfast was also very good but you need to walk to the breakfast location. Cannot put 5-star rating because the rooms and furniture are a bit dated. And the service (without asking) has a lot of room for improvement.

Extremely disappointing and misleading – avoid at all costs! This property is falsely advertised as a 3-star hotel, but in reality, it doesn’t even meet the basic standards of a budget stay. The rooms are in terrible condition – poorly maintained with musty, foul smells. The bathrooms are unhygienic, swarming with drainage flies and unbearable odours. Furniture is worn out and reeks of neglect. The photos online are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the place. I strongly advise against staying here, especially for families with children. This is not a safe or clean environment. Spare yourself the frustration and choose a genuinely reputable place instead. A definite no from our side.

Terrible scam being run by calling this place a hotel that too a 3 star hotel??? Doesnt even qualify TO BE CALLED A HOTEL. Rooms are horribly maintained, stinky bathrooms, drainage flies all over the bathrooms, dirty stinky furnitures. Just please SKIP THIS PLACE!!! A BIG NO!!specially if you are travelling with kids and family, pls do not go by the photos.
