The facility was very modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade we received upon arrival. Although the hotel is not located directly on the beach, there is convenient beach access provided through a third-party company. There was really nothing I didn’t like about the stay, but I do wish there was a town within walking distance for a bit more variety and convenience. Overall, a great experience!
Just had my holiday in this hotel for 7 nights. I am absolutely fascinated with the service and the facilities they offer! The pools are perfect, the entertainment was amazing and staff was fabulous! Definitely recommend this hotel! My family really enjoyed it! Thanks so much!
Just spent a week here (mid-June) and while we don’t usually go all inclusive, we would definitely come back here. The pools are great, there are several and there was no silly rush in the morning for sunbeds as they seem to have plenty. We also really liked that the pool water is mild sea water and did not seem to be chlorinated at all, or if so it was very lightly, much prefer this to awful chlorine. Most of the pools are aimed more towards kids but the relaxation pool at the top was great for us (travelling without children) as it tended to be a little quieter. The room was very good, spacious and kept very clean. Quiet, with a nice balcony. Towels in the room were changed every day except Sunday. The entertainment was unintrusive, if you don’t want to get involved there is always somewhere else to have a drink in the evening. Food is good considering it’s mass produced. There are always some Greek dishes which was great, and the feta was lovely. It does get quite busy in the restaurant at peak times, which tended to be later in the breakfast hours and earlier in the dinner hours, outside of those it was a bit more relaxed. Admittedly we did eat out a couple of times. The inclusive drinks were fine, it’s not the best beer and wine, but again, fine for a few days and drinks by the pool. Lots of cocktails at the bar too. There is food available all day long, including snack bars by the pools. We had a hire car to explore the island, and you can park for free in the hotel, otherwise there is plenty of parking on the street outside. Also would highly recommend the spa. Thank you to Rafaela and Mike for excellent deep tissue massages!
