Armony Resort All Inclusive MGallery Collection

We had a great honeymoon here with exceptional food and customer service from the bartenders, activities staff, servers, front desk, and beyond. We also enjoyed the spa services and wished we had used the gym and sauna space more. Unfortunately, our room experienced AC issues and we had to change rooms 3 different times to get the initial suite-style that we booked. Overall, despite the rainy evenings, the weather was phenomenal during the day to enjoy the pool/beach.

Experience Armony by Marival with a Day Pass The other day I had an amazing time at Armony Hotel at Destiladeras beach. The day pass included all of the wellness activities that the hotel has to offer, plus unlimited food and drinks at the buffet or a la carte from a couple of the restaurants. I cannot say enough about this exceptional experience. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. Whether we were in one of the many pools, or just lounging or out on the beach, there was always someone checking up on us and bringing us whatever we needed. And the wellness activities were phenomenal. From an ice bath to yoga to a sound healing with Tibetan bowls, everything was done impeccably and assured that our experience was outstanding. Again, words don’t adequately express the wonderful service and ambiance. This was above and beyond 5 stars. A Day Pass is definitely something to enjoy here during the summer - 100% recommended. Don’t miss out!

We just returned from a five day stay and here are our honest feedback for the hotel. The property is beautiful. There is greenery everywhere which makes the property very relaxing. Good drinks and friendly staff by the infinity pool. The main area for food has great breakfast and lunch options all served buffet style. The dinner options here are meh at best and the service at night really declines. Waited over 20 minutes for a couple of drinks one night and the other nights, the drinks just never showed up. The food options by the reception area are limited, but great and the staff at that bar is the best. They are friendly and attentive. Now to the reason I am giving the resort a 1 star review. Upon making the reservation, we were promised a $250 dollar room credit, I have emails to prove it. When we checked in to the resort, I asked again and they confirmed I did have a $250 room credit. We charged a couple of dinner options at one of the restaurant to the room totaling $160 dollars. When we were checking out, the manager Daniella, informed us that we did not have a room credit and that it was $250 in coupons that we could use throughout the property. We were completely thrown off as the email explicitly said $250 room credit, not coupons to use. Even though she knew they did not tell us that when we checked in because the gentleman who checked us in was there and he admitted he didn’t tell us and he also admitted they didn’t have the coupons when we checked in, Daniella still said there was nothing she could do. This is a complete SCAM. Even with the email confirming it should have been a $250 credit and the gentleman admitting he told us it was a $250 room credit, we still had to pay the balance. This seems to be a scam to get people to spend money and charge it to the room and then get left holding the tab. It’s not about the amount that we were charged, but just the horrible way Daniella spoke to us and treated us. I would not recommend the resort based on that experience. There are plenty of options in the area. If you do choose to stay here, be cautious of what they offer you because they will not stand by it.
