Overall, the experience was quite pleasant. The staff were attentive and courteous, making the stay comfortable. The food was decent, though nothing particularly memorable. My only issue was with the room’s air conditioning—it didn’t cool efficiently, which affected the comfort level at times.
Hotel is in a very good location in the Old Quarter. The rooms allocated to me were spacious and well kept. Very clean and well decorated.The views from the room were awesome. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a generous spread.Only problem is for vegeterians must ask which dish seemingly is for vegeterians but has eggs or pork..Generally all staff are friendly and very helpful. However, some of the front desk staff require training in welcoming hosts and upon check in give an overview of hotel amenities. The friendly lad at restaurant during supper time is over hospitable..and very pleasant to chat with. Overall our stay was great at Army Hotel during March 2025.
Rooms were spacious with limited closet space. Buffet breakfast needs to have more vegetarian options and clearly labeled. Front desk staff and Room service staff need to be trained to cater to foreign guests. Guests must be treated with respect.
