Aro Palace Hotel

Excellent rooms, bed, bathroom, Staff friendly and helpful. I got the last room when I walked up to the counter (I did not have reservations).. The hotel is located in a great spot to walk the streets of Brasov. Everything went well - Good job guys and gals

The hotel has excellent staff who provide great service. The only deficiency is that it doesn’t have its own fitness facilities. Guests are allowed to use gym and pool of a separately managed club, which operates short business hours, especially on weekends. The club serves their own customers and is usually crowded.

I went in looking for a peaceful swim and a relaxing sauna session. The pool was lovely and quiet — exactly what I needed. But the moment I stepped into the wet sauna, I was hit with a smell that can only be described as “train station meets dirty aquarium.” A strong, unpleasant scent of urine hung in the air — definitely not what you’d expect from any facility, let alone one claiming to be a 5-star hotel. To make matters worse, the front desk experience was equally underwhelming. The receptionist was loudly chewing gum and FaceTiming while handling guest services — not exactly the professional, attentive service you'd hope for at this price point. Overall, very disappointed. When you're paying for luxury, you shouldn't have to hold your breath — literally or figuratively.
