Aroma Nha Trang Boutique Hotel

I like the sky view the most, you can see the entire street, it’s amazing in daytime because I work in the desk near the window. Good location, many restaurants and cafe nearby, near to the beach too. Reception staffs are quite friendly. Reasonable price. Highly recommend!

The room was lacking, there were 0 amenities. No fridge despite another booking having one, no working kettle, no coffee / teas, no water , no soap, no shampoo, NOTHING. We booked a double room and the second bed was a SOILED MATTRESS ON THE FLOPR. Floors were dirty and there was a emergency exit in our bedroom that led to an unsafe and tiny fire exit and the door didn’t close properly giving nha trang unrestricted access to our bedroom. The locks on the room door didn’t work and alarmed all night long. Staff were unbelievably unpleasant. Don’t stay here, it’s not worth the budget.

Apparently also operating under “ocean view hotel” which we booked on booking.com. Cancelled our room on the day 30 mins before check in and said our room was suddenly not available. We booked a week in advance and it was confirmed fine.
