Fantastic villa in Sucina. Good size pool and plenty of outdoor space. Lovely outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Well equipped and in a quiet location 5 minutes walk from a few bars and restaurants. Very easy booking and check in process. Great communication and information from the host throughout our stay. Would highly recommend.

Great!! Stayed for 4 nights and it was fantastic, great villa with everything you need, fast internet and all the cooking gadgets you can imagine. the pool with jacuzzi is amazing, very relaxing with a restaurant just around the corner and Los Alcázares just a short drive it has lots going on and a pick of supermarkets to choose from. Will love to return to this amazing villa or even check out one the other places resort choice rentals have to offer in this region Thank you 👌👍

I rented a villa in Mar de cristal murcia region for my 40th bday and the villa itself was perfect. The application they send a link to and communication from the team was smeamless throughout the stay. I have nothing negative to say about the villa or the service provided during my stay. However, I have to leave this review due to a incident involving the cleaning team and loss of my personal belongings. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left behind a significant number of personal items — including jewellery and other valuables worth approximately half a suitcase. I contacted them and Maria confirmed that the cleaners had found my belongings, placed them in a bag, and then "accidentally" threw them in the trash. This explanation is extremely difficult to believe given the quantity and value of the items. This experience has caused me significant distress, and I made me question the integrity of their cleaning team. It is worth noting that the owner Andy has been cooperating with booking.com and pro-actively helped in finding a solution. He has communicated updates and has been a big help in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
