My room was big and nice, good big shower and double bed, comfortable. I saw some spiders high on the corners of the wall, wasn't the best experience. Breakfast ok affordable but not so tasty or many options. For Me as a tourist who speaks only English, it's unacceptable for people who work in hotels to don't speak fluent English at least. Also location is not so good, at the night I don't suggest to go outside at least alone.
Initially a good hotel stay until we talked with Felipe Assi, a night shift worker. We had a room with 3 beds and 3 people staying in them ( I know, duh, but I have to point it out) and even though we had to have one key in our room to start the electricity to have the AC running in the room, he refused to give us a third key even though we paid for 3 people to stay in the room. This meant we essentially had one key for 3 people! Ridiculous. It takes 2 seconds to program and give us the cheap key card, which there were plenty of ( I literally could see the box full of the cards they use to program them while he was refusing to give us a 3rd). We did not feel safe staying here because one of us literally did not have a key for entry to our room! Again, ridiculous. Will not be staying here again. Thanks, Felipe Assi, if that is your name smh.
Find another hotel!! My flight was delayed so I called the hotel to notify them and I was told I would not be able allowed to check in so I was forced to cancel my trip. I requested a refund only to receive $250 even though I paid over $1000. Don't risk it this whole ordeal was completely their fault and I paid for it.
