We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel — made even better by the exceptional service from Claudia, Rashid, and Muna. Traveling with an infant can be challenging, but the team went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Claudia was especially warm and helpful, offering great local tips and nearby attractions, which really enhanced our experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances — perfect for a family stay. The hotel’s location is ideal, with Begur just a short 15-minute drive away, making it a great base for exploring Costa Brava. One standout moment was the restaurant staff’s kindness — even though we arrived late for breakfast, they still served us fresh scrambled eggs and orange juice with a smile. This level of care truly sets the hotel apart. If you're visiting Costa Brava, this place is a must-stay for comfort, service, and convenience.

Great stay at Arrels. I liked everything about it. Suites are very nicely furnished and immaculately clean. Restaurant in the hotel is superb and serves three meals a day, very casual vibe with delicious food. And best of all, all of the staff are so friendly and helpful including front desk, restaurant and housekeepers. It feels like a really well run property and was a pleasure. Would absolutely return and recommend.
