Arsi Hotel

The rooms are disgusting, full of mold and dirt everywhere. There are no labels on the food, so we have no idea what we're eating. However, the kitchen staff are incredibly friendly and warm, which is the only positive thing I can say. The pool is very small, and it's ridiculous that the spa and pool have extra charges in an all-inclusive hotel. Would I come back? I don't think so.

They gave this hotel 4 stars, but it doesn't deserve it at all. The welcome is terrible. The cleanliness is terrible. The food is not good at all. However, the service staff are all very good. When there is a problem, no one cares. The reception staff responds very disrespectfully. We were not satisfied at all. I hope those who come read these reviews and buy your tickets accordingly. There is also a Turkish bath inside the hotel, don't go there because it's terrible, but they only take your money. I didn't see anything good in this hotel. Plus, the whole hotel is terrible, there's no cleaning at all. There's so much to say, I don't know what to say. I hope the hotel staff solves all of them.

This Hotel is honestly not even worth 1 star let alone 4!! Avoid this place at all costs! I am a man in my late 70s and was on a solo holiday!!! So i Landed in Turkey and was put on the Transfer to the hotel which took 5 hours, i then arrived at the hotel just after 3am to be greeted by the receptionists who then got somebody to take me to my room which was absolutely filthy and as i walked in there were razors in the bathroom and the bed was not made and the room was a complete mess and had definitely not been cleaned at all. I was in complete shock and i told the person who was with me who escorted me to my room that the bed was not even made and there was no pillows and he walked out and found a pillow and threw it from the door onto my bed. This was disgusting behaviour and was so unprofessional. The hotel was a complete mess, there were paint pots lying around and mattresses everywhere. I could not stay here or even sleep here for one night so i had to go down to reception and tell them it was not acceptable and i could definitely not stay at this hotel and there response was that there was nobody to help me as the manager was not here. Therefore i had no choice but to spend my night on the beach till the morning to find someone to help me move hotels. Not to mention the fact that the day before i went on my holiday i had to pay an extra £100 to stay here which is just ridiculous i had already paid the money to stay at this hotel which is nowhere near worth the amount i paid. i wouldn't even stay here for free! To finish this off i will just say NEVER STAY HERE AND AVOID THIS CHAIN OF HOTELS ALL TOGETHER!!!!!!!!
