Great location, warm service, and excellent value We loved our stay at Art Atelier! The hotel is just a short walk from Florence’s central train station, which made it super convenient for getting around. It’s housed in an older building full of character, but everything is very well maintained and clean. There’s also an elevator, which is a big plus when you’re carrying luggage. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Florence. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. One staff member gave us great tips on what to see and do around the city, and even went the extra mile to inform the breakfast team to prepare something early for us since we had to check out before breakfast officially started — such thoughtful service! Definitely a great value for money, and we’d gladly stay here again on our next trip to Florence.
My family visited Florence for 4 days and stayed at Hotel Art Atelier! Our rooms were amazing and the staff was very friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend booking your stay here.
STAY AWAY. While the staff was friendly (which is, sadly, the only positive thing I can say about this place), the room felt like a dungeon. This hotel is, at best, a 2-star property. We should have insisted on a refund rather than staying there another minute. Yuck. Avoid! It.
