Art Hotel Milano

I had such a great stay at Art Hotel Milano in the last three weeks!!! I couldn’t have asked somewhere better given the convenience to Prato Central train station, the people, and the great breakfast!!!! If you have a window facing the river, my goodness, the view is unbelievable! Strong recommended!!!

This is a nice hotel in Prato and good for a short visit to the town for work or leisure. Staff were friendly, available and helpful. Public areas were well furnished and had a lot of space for meeting and relaxing. There's a desktop PC for guest use in the lobby area. Breakfast was to a good standard with a broad selection of cold cuts, cheese, pastries, cereal etc along with tea/coffee. My room was small but functional. The room itself was quite modern and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but functional, and the shower was good. I thought toiletries were on the cheaper end. There were quite a few mosquitos and I needed to keep the fan on all night to keep them away. For the price this is good value in Prato and I'd probably return on a future visit.

It's close to the Central Train station. Hotel is adequate, nice and clean but basic. Staffs at reception were not friendly, however the staffs at bar and breakfast area were friendly, even the cleaning lady was. Room were OK, bed was not particularly comfortable, aircon was not working as it should be, I turned it to cold at 10°C but came out hot air.
