Art Hotel Museo

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Art Hotel Museo in Prato, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel exudes elegance and comfort, offering beautifully designed spaces and top-tier amenities that made my visit truly memorable. A special thanks to Mr. Amadio and Stefano, whose genuine care and attention to detail made all the difference. Their warmth, professionalism, and commitment to ensuring a flawless stay were truly commendable. It is rare to find such sincere customer service, and they went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. From the stylish ambiance to the impeccable service, Art Hotel Museo is a gem in Prato that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking both luxury and hospitality at its finest.

Room is spacious with comfortable bed, everything else is pretty basic. it's a pity they don't provide kettle nor cups. The room is thoroughly cleaned every morning, whom I will give five stars to the cleaning crew. The location is convenient. Breakfast were the same every morning. Having stayed here for six days, breakfast become best to avoid. The front desk staffs were friendly and helpful.

My stay was deeply disappointing. A special chocolate I brought as a gift for someone important went missing from my room. This chocolate was unique to my country, and I had been looking forward to gifting it. When I raised the issue, the manager's response was dismissive, suggesting it was a shame to make such an accusation. This made me feel my concerns were not taken seriously. To make matters worse, the night before, a party on the upper floor caused significant noise until 2 AM. Dishes were being moved and cleaning continued late into the night, making it impossible to sleep. Many guests, including myself, had to call the reception to complain about the disturbance. When I brought these concerns to the hotel, the manager offered me an upgrade for my next stay, but it felt like an attempt to avoid a bad review rather than addressing the real issues. The manager’s attitude was rude and unprofessional, and I’ve attached the conversation as evidence of how my concerns were dismissed. This stay has left a sour taste, and I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously to improve their service, security, and customer care in the future. I don’t recommend this hotel at all , not safe and not comfortable at all
