Pros: great location, friendly staff, room nice and big and generally clean, quiet! Would recommend! Cons: we had a non smoking room but general smoke smell around hallways/slightly in room etc. also we washed clothes and dried twice and they were still damp, dirty and gained a horrible smell. Breakfast could also be tastier.. good variety.. but not great taste.

We had booked a non-smoking room, but when we checked in at 10:00 pm, they surprisingly provided us with a smoking room! We don’t smoke, and we have our kids with us, so they don’t offer any other solutions except canceling our booking. We’ll have to reach around and find another hotel after a long travel with our luggage.

The only good thing is the location ! This hotel is without a doubt the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. With two people in the room, it’s extremely cramped. The bathroom is pathetically small, so we had to go downstairs every time we needed to use the restroom. But that’s not the main issue. The biggest problem is that the hotel has zero soundproofing. I could clearly tell that a group of Thai guests was staying next door. It seemed like several of them had booked two rooms, and around 1 a.m., they were singing in their rooms, constantly opening and closing the doors, and making a lot of noise. I had no choice but to call the front desk, but to my surprise, the staff couldn’t speak a single word of English, making communication impossible. The next morning, that group started making noise again as early as 6 or 7 a.m., opening and closing doors, packing their luggage, and it went on until 8 or 9. It was a night of complete torment with no sleep at all. I tried to remind them to keep it down, but they got even louder afterward. Their behavior was extremely inconsiderate and showed a complete lack of manners. Not getting any rest seriously affected my mood and my plans for the trip — I felt so frustrated the whole time. What made things worse was the hotel staff’s inability to communicate and their complete inaction in managing the situation. It was honestly a nightmare!
