Art Hotel Rotterdam

Very new, clean, and tastefully decorated hotel. The rooms are large (suite), clean and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and had a fantastic rain shower. The location was good because the subway station is across the street connecting to all the highlights in Rotterdam in 10 to 15 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was extremely clean and spacious – we booked a triple room and there was more than enough space for the three of us to feel comfortable. The view from the window was also beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. What really stood out to me was the thoughtful service. I accidentally left some clothes behind after checking out, and the hotel team kindly arranged to send them back to me. I really appreciated their care and efficiency. This kind of service makes all the difference – I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

We had a very unpleasant experience with the hotel staff. It revolved around cancelling the last night of our four night stay, which was handled poorly. We did not have an issue with not being able to cancel, but with the attitude and the communication of the receptionist in question, including false statements. That being said, the manager handling our check out a day earlier was very nice and apologized, still did not get a refund even for the unused day of parking. Hotel in total was nice, service and drinks in the restaurant and bar also recommended.
