Art Hotel

Unfortunately, a big minus, it used to be a 4-star hotel, now it is an average 3-star hotel. We have been regular customers of this hotel for 10 years, I have always recommended this hotel and given it as an example, because they were the only ones who took great care of the cleanliness of the facility every day and refilled the free drinking water every day (It was really rare). Currently, after entering the room there is not even a single bottle of water, of course you can buy it for 4 euros. It is a pity, because as you can see from the opinions such small details later cause negative feelings and in the end negative assessments of the facility. I rate the rest of the things rather well, maybe some small details should be fixed, because they are visible wear and tear, but overall it is good, I still have a great sentiment for this place

We had dinner there with our family. Besides our six-member family, there was only one other couple in the dining room that evening. The food was average, and the service was a disaster. The waiter didn’t know how to properly serve guests and got easily annoyed when we made simple requests. For a 4-star hotel, we expected good food and classy service. This experience barely deserves a 2-star rating. It’s better to grab a pizza from a takeaway and enjoy a good local beer instead.

The rooms were old and the furniture was worn out. The air conditioner the hotel did not work and just pushed the warm air around the room. After complaining and requesting another room we came to find out that it was the same in all of the rooms in the hotel. We had to leave the hotel after a few nights and moved to another hotel with a working air conditioner. Take this review as a warning if you are planning on staying here, you will be disappointed.
