I stayed in the Art Hotel for my first time in September 2014 during my 2 weeks in Kamchatka (this my third visit). The location was ideal for me at this time since it was near some friends that I visited with after my trek. The room was quiet, clean and quite modern. The hotel staff understood some English and were quite helpful, so beyond check-in (I paid in cash, Rubles, on check-in – there’s an ATM 1.5 blocks away) and check-out, they helped me get on their free WiFi in the lobby, and the included breakfast. My stay also coincided with Yelizovo’s “Harvest Festival” so I spent some time there, and saw the traffic grind to a halt for several km’s from the city when my friends took me to a picnic!
Whether it’s a hotel or a restaurant, it’s a pleasure, I don’t understand what those who are not happy are asking for if everything is new and the quality of the cuisine here is 5
Cozy good hotel. A great place to wait for your flight both into the interior of the peninsula and to Mainland. The restaurant has luxurious cuisine. The average bill is 2000 rubles. Fully justifies its three stars.
