Art House Hotel

It's very pet friendly. I am not a pet owner and prefer non pet friendly hotels, but this place is clean and doesn't smell like pets at all. The older ladies who staff the front desk are both great. Lists of restaurants walkable and within short distances. Very spacious apartment rooms available. There are lots of cool restaurants and bars in the area within a few blocks walking. Few food options past 9pm. It's kind of odd. One side of the building is the hotel, and the windows face peoples apartments on the other side. Lots of foot traffick in the area. Parking is an additional 21 dollars, but it's worth it if you dont want to unload all valuables.

This was my first of hopefully many stays! Location, room size, cleanliness were all fantastic. The best part... the staff! Lori and Tony couldn't be more personable, helpful, and fun. They provided me with local knowledge about restaurants and fun things going on around the city. Great spot!

Great central location downtown Santa Rosa. Small boutique hotel. Nespresso machines in the rooms, comfy beds with lots of pillows, great lighting, robes and slippers & a wireless charging pad. Street parking was cheap and easy. Only complaints would be them charging a resort fee & for the most basic breakfast ever.. packaged pastries and yogurt. Otherwise, highly recommend.
