Art Legacy Hotel Baixa Chiado

We stayed for two nights in August in a cozy double/twin room and had requested a double bed in advance. Check-in was smooth—though we were initially placed in a twin room, the staff promptly and kindly changed out the topper for us to make it a double bed upon request. The room itself was compact but had all the essentials. My only real complaint is the lack of a full-length mirror—there were several ideal spots in the room or near the entrance where one could have been placed, but the only mirrors available were in the bathroom. That said, the hotel is beautifully designed with stylish decor and thoughtful attention to detail. What truly makes this a 5-star review is the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Even at checkout, they ensured everything was seamless—preparing a breakfast box and fresh coffee for us since we had an early flight and couldn’t sit down for breakfast. A great example of how thoughtful hospitality makes all the difference.

This hotel was in a fabulous location - very centrally located and very clean. The decor was beautiful as well. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Everything from the welcome cocktail, offering to make breakfast to go - for our early morning flight and the treats in our room. The breakfast and dinner was excellent; very fresh and many options to choose from. Until next time.

This is probably one of the nicest hotels you'll find in Lisbon. Brand new, very central, close to the metro station. It's a city hotel so don't be looking for a big gym and a pool but you're going to love the design and the experience.
