The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped but what really made the experience special was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive from the moment I arrived. It’s rare to find such warm and professional hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sofia.

A good hotel. The interior aside from the rooms is very interesting. The rooms have everything you’re looking for in a hotelroom and were clean. A nice surprise was a little cake we received on the second night. Breakfast was really good. Everything your might want, you can find there. The only negative we experienced was the thin walls and by that poor soundproofing of the room. Due to that we could hear other guests returning to their room and slamming their door during the night.
