The room is comfortable and well-equipped. The price is not too expensive and it has some artistic atmosphere. There is also a swimming pool upstairs. It's a pity that I didn't go swimming because of the cold weather. Overall, the experience was very good.

Best stay ever, had absolutely best sleep, I genuinely want to know what kind of mattress and doona they have for bedding. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. I swam in their outdoor heated pool despite it being winter, felt refreshing.

Absolutely Disgusting Stay – Never Again! ❌❌❌ I’ve never gave a 1 star review but i must this time. I stayed at this hotel and I’m honestly shocked it’s still operating. The room was filthy — there were weird red and yellow stains on the bed that looked beyond unhygienic. I woke up with rashes all over my body! It was obvious they didn’t clean the room properly at all. The toilet was also nasty and smelled awful, like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. To make things worse, the staff were completely unhelpful and couldn’t even speak basic Chinese, despite being located in Box Hill — a predominantly Chinese area. You’d expect at least one person to be able to communicate properly with the local community. I felt uncomfortable in the state of the hotel room and disrespected the entire time. This place needs a serious health inspection — it’s unacceptable to charge people these type of prices ffor this kind of filth. Avoid at all costs.
