Art Suites Hotel

We stayed at the Art Suites Hotel for our 5-day Krakow Holiday and we were blown away by it. When we first arrived I had to double check it was the right hotel as I've never stayed anywhere this upmarket before. I know that sounds bad but for what we paid and what you get, it just didn't seem right. As you walk into the room you are treated with luxury, from brilliant air-con to a shower room that's connected to the Internet on the wall. Singing to Spotify while showering was pretty cool. Reception and breakfast are both just as good as the room. Breakfast was a good variety of choices that anyone would find appealing, and after we informed reception that we had a trip to Auschwitz booked one morning early and we would be missing breakfast, they said it wouldn't be a problem and promptly had two breakfast bags to go the next day. These were filled with cake, a baguette sandwich, a drink, pear a yogurt, and cutlery...needless to say, we were very filled on a long tour of Auschwitz. I can't praise the staff higher...very attentive, polite and look after you. Now the only downside...but it was a bonus for us. It is about a twenty-minute walk from Wawel Castle. So it's not right in the centre of Krakow, which might put people off. We loved it... a very quiet hotel, if you were tired you could catch an Uber or Bolt...but for us just gently walking back to our hotel room with its air-con, while eating chimney cakes was a highlight. We are already planning our next visit and will be using the Art Suites Hotel again, and again and again. If I could give more then 5* I would.

Beautiful rooms, paid street parking, 5 min run to the river and from there great options to go running, no fitness in the hotel but next to the river great outdoor fitness. No sauna in the hotel but many options in the area. Before you check in, check in which of the 2 locations you stay, just opposite of the street but handy to know. 30 min walk to old town or Jewish district. Lovely light in the rooms and atmosphere, recommended.

Stunning rooms, beautiful entrance when you walk in, you can really tell they care for this hotel and their brand. My girlfriend booked this hotel as a surprise birthday trip for me and we were both stunned with how presented this hotel was. Staff are also very helpful and very nice people too! We will definitely be returning here 🙌🏼
