I liked my stay the lady at the reception was really nice. We asked for towels for the pool usage and she gave us right away. She had a nice sense of humor . Very welcoming smile. The pool was really nice and clean. Plus the room was cozy and clean .

It is a huge hotel, probably built for marriage venues. Rooms are spacious and quite new, though some basic comforts are missing: window blinders, just to name the most absurd. Swimming pool are still off-season but they should be better kept anyways. Breakfast is of basic level. All in all I would consider it something in between a 2 and 3 stars, surely not 4 - they don’t even clean the rooms daily.

Disappointing Treatment of Elderly Guest in a Time of Crisis I was deeply disappointed by the lack of compassion and flexibility shown by the staff during our recent stay. An 86-year-old woman, who had fled her home due to a devastating fire in her village, was among the guests. She suffers from serious mobility issues due to back and leg problems and was clearly in distress. Despite her condition and the extraordinary circumstances, the woman up front refused to allow food to be taken to her room. This lack of basic accommodation for an elderly, displaced guest was not only inconsiderate but downright inhumane. Hospitality is about caring for people, especially the vulnerable—and in this case, the hotel failed miserably. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews their policies to ensure they treat all guests—especially those in need—with dignity and compassion in the future.
