Arte' Boutique Hotel

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Arte Boutique Hotel. The location is greatl—just steps from the Duomo, yet tucked away from the busiest streets, giving it a peaceful feel in the heart of Florence. The hotel itself is beautiful: classic Italian charm with a modern, stylish touch. One of our favorite details was the incredible view of the Duomo from both our room and bathroom—such a special treat to wake up to! The staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us secure reservations at some of the city’s best restaurants. The hotel was spotless, and we especially appreciated the complimentary happy hour each evening, a lovely way to unwind. It’s worth noting that there is no overnight staff on-site, which didn’t affect us at all, but something to keep in mind for those who might need late-night support. Overall, an elegant and warm home base for exploring Florence—we’d absolutely stay again.

WOW what a stunning hotel. The decor is very stylish, the rooms are amazing and the staff absolutely wonderful. Aneta checked us in, she was brilliant, so charming and really helpful. The free drinks and nibbles served between 6-7pm was a lovely touch. It was so nice to come back from a busy day and enjoy this in the gorgeous lounge area. Agnes, who served the breakfast was lovely. Fresh bread, gorgeous pastries, lovely meats and cheeses, fresh fruit salad and a choice of cereals, what more could you ask for. We will definitely be back. And for those of you who are looking for a hotel in Florence, look no further.

We stayed here 4 nights. Location was perfect and we loved the style - like a chic NYC boutique hotel. The view of the Dome from our room & bathroom!! was a beautiful surprise. Service was excellent and the breakfast was perfect. Our room was clean and tended to daily. Staff available 24/7 but not on site after 8pm.
