I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was small and impractical, with not enough power outlets (Steckdosen). To make matters worse, there were moldy rooftop windows above the bed, which was very concerning. The customer service was also subpar—whenever I contacted them in English, they responded in Czech and were extremely unfriendly. Overall, it was a frustrating stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to others
My experience at Hotel Arte was truly disappointing. The reception staff were unprofessional and rude, making offensive remarks towards guests. I also read their replies to online reviews, and it was shocking to see such a lack of professionalism and hospitality. The hotel was dirty, with a terrible smell throughout, and the rooms were in poor condition. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a complete letdown.
The hotel room is very outdated, walls are dirty. Breakfast was disappointing, no gluten free options and no fresh fruits. You even have to pay for the consumed tea bags and coffee capsules in your room which is ridiculous as we were told it was free. Hotel is far from the centre.
