Great location, very close to beaches and city center, no need for rent a car at all. Service and staff exceeded our expectations, everyone is professional, friendly and helpful. Staff really made our 2 week long stay at their hotel great, receptionist made sure to explain to us everything about hotel and the area that we are in, waiters are friendly and made us feel like at home. Drinks at bar are better than in city centre. Food was absolute highlight, we ate breakfast and dinner every day and every day they offered us different food, from italian to asian and traditional greek food. Everything was prepared with care and it was delicious. Hotel offers music and dance nights on several nights a week (you can learn traditional Greek dances like Zorbas dance) otherwise it's quiet and good for relaxation. Our room was cleaned spotlessly every day, thank you! If we ever come back to Rhodes we will be happy to stay in your hotel again.

Stayed here in mid June, overall everything was very good including breakfast and friendly staff. One disappointment was that the television in our room was broken and even after mentioning it to the staff at reception nearly everyday, nothing was fixed. They kept promising that maintenance will come to fix it, but they never did. Very disappointing as there could’ve been a solution to this problem like moving us to a different room if the television can’t be fixed as it was included in the amenities in the room. Although staff was very friendly and seemed to care about the issue, they kept apologizing and promising to fix it but issue was never fixed.

We stayed at this four-star hotel for a week, and I can confidently say it was a complete disappointment. Let’s start with the food – if you’re expecting a taste of Greece, look elsewhere. The menu is painfully repetitive: pasta, chicken, pork. Every. Single. Night. No variety, no effort, no authenticity. The fruit is far from fresh, the desserts are stale, and even the baklava – a staple of Greek cuisine – was soggy and lifeless. The beds were thankfully clean, that’s about the only positive. The floors were never properly cleaned – housekeeping doesn’t vacuum or sweep, they just run a mop over everything and call it a day. Towels were thin, worn-out, and frankly not something you’d want to use. Bring your own. Reception staff were friendly, yes, but ultimately unhelpful. Any issue we had was met with a smile… and zero resolution. The air conditioning broke three or four times during our short stay – and let me remind you, this is in Rhodes, Greece, where the temperatures hover around 33°C with stifling humidity. We couldn’t sleep, couldn’t breathe, and certainly couldn’t enjoy our holiday. This was a complete waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone – especially not if you’re coming here hoping for a comfortable, authentic Greek island experience. This may be dramatic to most of you, but working so hard for a weeks rest, I expected a little bit more comfort. Do yourself a favor: book elsewhere.
