Very nice on the pictures but a disaster in real... The common parts are rooms and smell bad. We had a water cut then when the water came back it was yellow and smelled extremely bad. The apartment we rented was big and spacious but everything smelled bad and is dirty. I strongly advise against it. The dirtiness is not visible on the pictures. We were supposed to stay 1 month and then we left 2 days later because it was unbearable. Good points: Nice view, nice gym

The host's actions are unacceptable and constitute a breach of trust. The photographs displayed on Agoda were misleading and did not accurately represent the property. As a result, we were unable to stay for the entirety of our 6D 5N reservation and were denied a refund. We strongly advise against booking with this host in the future. Additionally, we are disappointed with Agoda's lack of action in addressing this matter.

One of the worst condos I’ve stayed at. And I have stayed at hundreds of condominiums around the world. The elevators are confusing and far apart. People are very noisy here. There is constant banging from the room above, early morning and late at night. With no support from the security, even though I showed them several recordings of the noise. This condominium has very poor maintenance. The gym is full of broken machines, none of them work, other than the lat pulldown and the assisted barbell machines. I was using the assisted barbell and a man in the gym asked if he could use it first. I was polite enough to let him use it, but then he left the bench covered in sweat and refused to clean it. He then took the one remaining bench which was still dry. Poor attitude in this gym and a lack of care and hygiene among its users. Perhaps that’s why the management doesn’t bother maintaining the gym. They’ve given up, because they know the residents don’t take good care of it.
