I would consider this to be an excellent four-star hotel. The breakfast is the same every morning; however, if you opt for half board with dinners included, the meals are excellent! One downside is that the room does not have a kettle or a selection of tea or coffee; water was only provided on the day we arrived. This does not align with what you would expect from a five-star hotel. The spa area is excellent, featuring many saunas and swimming pools. The best time to stay is from Monday to Friday, when there aren't many children around. The cleaning staff is very nice and hardworking, and the waiters and staff are pleasant overall. It was a nice stay.

Overall, Arte Spa&Park Hotel offered a good stay. The spa zone was a highlight, with great inside and outside warm pools, relaxing jacuzzis, and a variety of saunas and steam rooms. We also appreciated the room service. The food was generally good. However, there were a few issues. Parking was disorganized, with cars everywhere, and the elevators were small and insufficient, leading to long waits – not ideal when traveling with a baby and stroller. Check-in and check-out were satisfactory. Also, despite the name, there's no park around the hotel.
