The hotel is truly exceptional! The service is immaculate, everyone was so kind and helped with anything we needed. (We were even aided in opening a coconut!) The rooms are also very nice. The path to the hotel is from a very old building which can be confusing but we quickly got used to it All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay here!
This room was every bit as nice as it's photos. My only complaint was finding the hotel, which was on the 2nd floor. You have to take a tiny elevator up, or the stairs, which is not ideal with luggage. A little bit of signage inside the actual first floor parking area would have been helpful. We did finally see the small sign on the exterior the next day. I hope this helps someone else. The staff was great and very helpful, room was beautiful and there were lots of choices for the breakfast buffet. The Marina district was very nice.
This place is a must in Naples! My husband and I have spent years travelling in US and abroad in hundreds of hotels and we both agreed that this is, hands down, the best hotel that we have ever stayed at. Don’t let the front fool you. This is a hidden gem. From the beautiful rooms and fantastic gardens to the amazing front staff (Giordana is the best!), this place is not to be missed.
