Such a lovely place to stay. My room and toilet were super clean and spacious, and the view was absolutely spectacular. It felt like I was constantly looking at a living painting, with boats passing, changing skies, and so much to see throughout the day. There was such a great variety of pillows, and I had the best sleep I've had in the Philippines. The staff were honestly the best part of my stay. I had read mixed reviews before booking, especially about the staff, but my experience was completely different. They were all so kind and welcoming. Everyone made me feel taken care of, always with a smile and support when needed. A special thank you to Rohonda, who truly made my stay. She was warm, funny, super polite, always available, and felt like a friend I could talk to throughout the day. But really, everyone was lovely, from the security team to James who escorted me to my room, as well as room service, restaurant staff, and reception. They all made the experience feel personal and comforting. I would come back in a heartbeat. Super recommended!
Great location, great hospitality and good value for money. However, the hotel is located a bit far from the main city center and not within walking distance to any nearby attractions. It’s in a relatively isolated area, at the northernmost part of the city. Surprisingly, there’s no direct access to the beach despite its location. Food options are limited and only available until 9 PM, though drinks are available. Overall, a decent stay if you’re looking for a quiet location and don’t mind being away from the city’s hustle.
This resort is a nice escape from the hustle of the city—quiet, relaxing, and the sea view is definitely something to enjoy. The rooms are comfy with good AC, but other areas were a bit warm. There's no direct beach access since it’s rocky, though they do offer free shuttle service to their sister resort, Vistamar, which is a great option. The menu was quite limited and many items weren’t available, which was a letdown. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and I really appreciated the free movie night by the pool near the beach—it added a chill, cozy touch to the stay.
